The award winning musical transports the action over to Buffalo, New York but the story remains true to the original film. Jerry Lukowski is behind on his child support payments and may lose his son as a result. When a touring male strip show is a hit with the steelworkers' wives, Jerry comes up with the idea of earning quick cash by putting on a similar show with himself and his buddies as the star attraction. I think to do this for my project would be rather untasteful, but rather than singling it out i shall still go along providing i get the permission and see if it tasteful and suitable to shoot.
